Ability to have a macro and micro vision of each operation, working towards medium and long terms goals, whilst implementing activities and opportunities for daily improvement.

Solid experience in product development (styles, planning and purchasing), reviewing processes, consumer behaviour, result analysis and competitor monitoring, in both national and international markets.

Working for over 20 years in retail across many different market segments in companies of varing sizes, and at LDM Business+Fashion Consultancy, since 2005.

Deep knowledge in strategic planning, interpretation of each client’s organizational culture, macro and micro economic analysis, market perspectives and strategic positioning of operations. Focusing on results, profitability and the financial health of companies.
